It's a nice little budget hotel. There were 3 days for 159 euros in August. Good location, subway at a stone's throw, lots of supermarkets (monoprix, leader, Auchan), fast food (McDonald's, kfs). Near the Seine, to the Eiffel Tower 2 km, on beautiful streets. Good view of the boulevard from the room. It's quiet in the streets.
They didn't clean the first day. There was a misunderstanding about the payment. We had a 100% payment for the reservation via buking. the hotel wanted another way to pay (in cash or by card), claimed that they could not see my money and it was frozen on the buking. we insisted on our own, that the money has already been paid for and immediately miraculously all fused, I printed a check. You can not prove anything, sludge remained, be careful, we were afraid of double payment, especially since there were such cases (read the Internet).

It's perfect choice in terms of value for money and location. Small advice - you'd better have a breakfast across the road, at the near-by "Monoprix" supermarket's cafe. And take a warm clothes with you, the heating was turned off with +5C temperature outside .
The rooms are quite small, so you have to move inside back to the walls. Another one - no curtain in the bathroom, the floor is always wet after taking a shower.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in a convivial area of the city. The location was superb, with a stunning view of the iconic Sacre Coeur from my window. The metro stop was conveniently located just a short walk away, making it easy to explore Paris. The hotel itself was adequate, with nice hot showers and delicious breakfasts. The English-speaking receptionists were a great help, providing valuable travel tips. The surrounding area had a charming atmosphere, with plenty of backstreet restaurants and cafes to enjoy. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its value for money and prime location.

During my recent stay at a hotel near Porte Versailles, I was pleased with the convenient location. It was just a short walk from the metro, making it easy to explore the city. The room I stayed in was also surprisingly quiet, despite being close to the street.

I stumbled upon this gem while exploring Montparnasse, and it was a pleasant surprise. The room was larger than the typical shoebox size in Paris, with a comfortable bed and plenty of light. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the 24-hour reception was a bonus. The location was unbeatable, with the metro just a minute away and plenty of cafes and grocery stores nearby. The cleanliness was satisfactory, and the wifi worked well. a practical and perfect choice.
100% Recommend this hotel.

We had some trouble with our train, so arrived around 1am (after the time we had said) and there was no problem since I think the reception is 24hrs. It is very near to a Metro station, which is very convenient. They offer free maps of the city and other information.
Even though they clean the room every day, it had some weird smell. The TV was small and few channels, but that's not a big problem since it's Paris and you should not stay in room watching TV. The bath could use a curtain so that the water don't get out.

It's a nice place to stay a few days. The people working in the hotel were pending of us and always willing to give us a hand.
